About Shoe Boxes

By default, we will not ship boxes unless they are included in our order options. Sending the box will increase the risk of the package being detained by customs and also extend the delivery time of your package. We will package the shoes with bubbles so that they will not be damaged during transportation. If you really need a box, please contact us or leave a message and pay for the box

2. The box cannot be 100% intact during long-distance international transportation, and we do not accept complaints or partial refunds due to box issues.

About shoes

1. Suede shoes are very dirty and need to be cleaned. Generally speaking, you choose to apply suede shoe cleaner around the shoes and then gently dry them with a toothbrush. After dry brushing, rinse with water and wipe dry, then put on the same shoes as the new ones. Especially snow boots and suede shoes can be cleaned at any time.

The white sports shoes are dirty and have been washed clean. You can apply a small amount of toothpaste on the surface of the shoes. After applying for one minute, gently scrub with clean water. Then wrap the surface of the shoes with toilet paper and dry them dry. Like shoes.

3. When cleaning slippers and regular sandals with water, a small amount of detergent can be added to the shoes to make them cleaner. Soak them for 2 minutes, scrub them with a brush, and air dry them in a well lit place.

4. After cleaning, if the white shoes turn yellow, first pour 20ml of redox paste into a cup, then pour 10ml of redox powder, add a small amount of water and stir evenly, and then start applying the adjusted paste to the shoes. After about 6 hours, wash the shoes with clean water and they will become whiter and brighter, just like new shoes.
